In May
2001, Anglo Irish Bank launched a Company Development
Initiative in conjunction with the Irish Film Board.
Under the
Company Development Initiative, a number of companies have
been selected for development funding of up to EUR1.9m,
which is being provided by Anglo Irish Bank for a 3 year
period. In addition to this the Irish Film Board will
provide funding of EUR1,050,000.
This is a
unique development, which will greatly strengthen the
commercial viability of the participants in the initiative.
