Bank Accounts?
If you want to set-up a corporate bank account: you'll first
need to contact your Secretary of State to form a company.
If you're forming a corporation, you'll need your articles
of incorporation, or your operating agreement if you're an
LLC, and your Federal ID number.

Ask what are they guaranteeing you and how! If the SEC is not going to enforce
your terms, then who... UBS, Royal Bank of Scotland, are all good
choices because they have great track records, history, and
they can insure themselves.
